Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: Competitive compensation package based on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers. Coordination of corporate travel.
- Plan / book travel for teammates on a daily basis
- Answer and direct calls appropriately
- Manage and order office supplies for corporate office and job sites
- Update and send company directory and job list to distribution list of teammates
- Maintain and schedule maintenance for office printers/copiers
- Distribute mail daily
- Responsible for some purchases on the company credit card
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Ability to manage and organize corporate travel needs is vital to this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Bi-lingual candidates are preferred but not required
- Ability to perform sustained activities in an office setting
- Exposure to dust, dirt, grease, and construction materials
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
