Job Title: Recruiting Administrative Assistant

Salary: Competitive compensation package based on experience.

Job Summary:

As a Recruiting Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the hiring process by managing recruitment logistics, maintaining candidate records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding tasks. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Participate in career fairs and industry events to promote job opportunities.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year of recruitment-related experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to move freely about a construction site that at times presents a demanding terrain including, but not limited to, climbing ladders and stair towers, uneven and often wet surfaces, and slopes.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
