, ,Thalle Construction Co. Inc. (“Thalle”) is seeking a Shop Admin. This position is located ON SITE at our Corporate Headquarters in Hillsborough, North Carolina.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately track and report fuel usage in compliance with International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of quarterly IFTA reports.
- Maintain CDL Driver Qualifications Files
- Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of Commercial Driver's License (CDL) driver qualifications.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure all required documentation is current.
- Mobile Device management Support
- Handle vehicle registration processes, ensuring all vehicles are properly registered and documentation is maintained.
- Assures timely and accurate responses to the Equipment Manager and directives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
- Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Able to work independently, sometimes under strict time constraints.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
