Job Title: Project Engineer (Pipe Installation)

Job Overview:

  • We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Engineer to support the execution of pipe installation works for a water/wastewater treatment plant project. The
  • successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring technical compliance, and supporting the project team in
  • delivering high-quality infrastructure on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities related to pipe installation, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and QC teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for constructability and compliance.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and support scheduling and budgeting efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in procurement and material tracking for piping systems.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in water/wastewater infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of pipe installation methods, materials (HDPE, DIP, PVC, etc.), and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam (is a plus).
